They forgot how many I wanted, so they put old cold wings in my platter to go.

These wings are so good! The mozzarella sticks were also pretty good and not greasy. I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else for wings!

Super disappointed, placed an order earlier and can’t say i’d ever suggest it to someone. Last time we ordered the BLT it came on the sliced bread it was supposed to and was honestly great. This time around it came on hoagie roll that was soggy due to the mayonnaise. Also ordered a philly cheesteak and it came with 3 little pieces of green pepper and I only found one onion piece, nothing but meat and cheese.. It was all thrown in the middle with both ends free of any food as well. Super sad

I’ve been going here for years and today they lost a customer. They botched my order but instead of telling me, made me wait for well over 40 minutes and didn’t say anything to me until I made a fuss. When I asked to speak to the owner, he wouldn’t come out of the kitchen to address me because he was still in the back trying to fix the order that he still hasn’t told me was made wrong. It doesn’t help that it took them forever to take my order in the first place. Customer service is everything and I have overlooked small issues in the past but this was it. Not to mention the cook that used to have my wings on point is no longer there. Now wings are overcooked and not enough spice...Bye bye Macland

Good taste! Fair prices! Good variety of flavors (wings)! I'd love they have a bigger table, where at least six people can sit comfortably; other than that, I like this place!

Ordered Catfish Dinner, Lemon Pepper Wings and fried Okra. The food was good and hot. My husband and I enjoyed it very much.

This is unquestionably one of the most attractive restaurants in the neighborhood. Always when I visit this place I am exceedingly pleased. They manage their high standard service and the topmost level of meals they give. You are always happy with this restaurant. Highly recommended.

Very bad food. Owners have no care about quality of food leaving this place. I visited for the first time(hesitantly) yesterday and placed an order for 15 wings. Way way overpriced based on the quality. The wings were very dry, small and extremely salty. The wing sauce was horrendous. The fries were burned. I can't believe they actually put those little fries from the corners and bottom of bag in my plate, you know those little burned smaller ones that you usually throw away. Once I paid for the food and waited awhile, I saw what looked like my food just sitting on the counter. No one bothered to say, sir/madame, your order is ready. This was the first and certainly the last time I will visit this place. Not worth it and my advice is to stay far far away.

This place serves ok wings, however, the lady who normally takes the orders out front likes to dig and scratch while working with food. She rubbed her nose while grabbing a drink out of the cooler, didnt wash them or anything before handing it over. Not sure how to feel about that. Ugh. How clean are the cooks behind the wall? #notfeelingit #notlovingit

This is the second time that I've gotten wings from here and they over cooked and over sauced. The wings were hard, adding a bunch of sauce isn't a solution for hard wings. I was unable to eat my wings and therefore went without having lunch for a 14 HR shift.

Not impressed at all! I made my first and only visit to this place recently. They are so over priced for basic fried "tasty freeze" type food. I asked for explainations of a couple of the menu items and they couldn't tell me or I just plainly didn't understand. The place was dirty and did not smell good at all. One of the things I ordered was onion rings. Burnt to a crisp. I need not say more. I will not be back and my recommendation is just not to go there.

Takes way too long to get food! Order ahead and make sure they repeat the order back to you. They have got my order wrong multiple times. Only reason for two stars is because their food is good. Customer service is horrible.Update 8/8Order took 45min! I ordered 10 wings. People in front of me request a refund due to the wait. The owner needs to learn how to run a simple wing spot, this is pathetic.

I would give it less than but I just hope I got them on a bad day. All food, bread, meat and potatoes skins over cooked. Bacon was precooked and recooked was not a good flavor at all. This is a serious moment as restaurant to take a moment and do better. If you still have business you’re lucky some don’t and had to close up. Don’t sell something you seriously wouldn’t feed customers if it depended on you staying open or not. I choose your spot because your local and I Never had the chance to try you before. Hoping for a better experience next time but not anytime soon.

I Love this Place. The fish sandwiches are delicious and the fries are cooked nice and crisp . The way I like them. The wings are also tasty. This is the best place to eat that I have found thus far. The people that serve you are nice, kind and respectful. God I hope they never change. I almost forgot to mention that the proportions are generous .👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

First time I ate there 3 years ago it was great, past two times have been horrible. I ordered through doordash and iWas told it was going to be late THEN another message saying it was going to. Be later than that!!! Food gets here it's cold! Wings were so damn hard my gums bled! Asked for my burger to be cooked medium. Not to mention it was missing cheese and pickles. I call to make sure they got it right this time and was told about the upcharge for the bacon but NO ONE mentioned that they don't do that! The cold slaw was HORRIBLE. PAID 40 SOMETHING DOLLARS for garbage. And this was the second time. The First time they forgot several items we ordered. Still tried to give them a chance but this is ridiculous. Then they expect you to get in your car to drive to them to have the food replaced! After you have just waited over an hr to get it, pay a deliverey fee, food cost, and a tip! Never again!!!!

Horrible place to order from. Two times this missed up my order. I think BBB needs to look into this company.In response to their response:Not complaining about the number of wings. Complaining about the soggy fries and the mushrooms. The mushrooms were cold and soggy, the breading was soggy and slimy like it wasnt cooked long enough. The fries were practically raw

Had one order of hot lemon pepper and one order of honey hot teriyaki. Honestly, the hot lemon pepper was nasty and the others had a saffron-ish taste to them. So they were ok at best. Wanted to give the place a try due to them being the only wings spot in the area, but also realize ppl from Georgia eat anything!!

The wings with Griffin with butter or Grease the service sucked the place isis nasty if you look around it's not been cleaned in a long long

I eat here a lot and I love their wings I get them to fry them a little crispy and they are perfect.

I've bought wings here from time to time. I love the lemon pepper wings and the savory buttery flavor it has or shall I say HAD!! We bought 20 wings last Sat (5/9/20) and they were blahhhhhh! What happened to the secret recipe??! The wings were not as buttery and there was hardly any lemon pepper seasoning on them plus they were fried hard! My fiance brought them home and I probably ate only 8 pcs and that's not me when it comes to my lemon pepper wings. I'm not sure if there's a new cook or somebody is slacking on something, but it ain't the same!! PLEASE bring back the original recipe on these wings or I will be forced to find a new wing place!

Friendly place with decent service

I ordered a 15 pc. Lemon pepper wings with seasoned fries. The wings were very small and overcooked. The wings were crunchy. The meat was cooked away.

Food is great but the cleanliness of the store is horrible. I went In today and the ceiling fan in the lobby looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a decade! That's disgusting. Makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is.

Man they are so slow. I called and placed my order came 10 minutes later and still had to wait 20 minutes on a 10 piece

I love their Turkey burgers and it's been one of the things I've craved most during my pregnancy... But to bite into my burger tonight and taste a SOUR TOMATO is disturbing. It was clearly spoiled and shouldn't have been put on the burger!

The food is always generally good. I am disappointed that we ordered our meals Togo today at 5:39pm and we’re still waiting on 1 piece of fish (at 6:32pm). Our meals consisted of a Philly Cheesesteak with Cajun Fries ; 5 Wings and Fish (Tilapia) with Cajun Fries and 1 Extra piece of fish.

I ordered a ten piece garlic Parmesan with chili fries the fries were fine the wings was horrible packed with garlic and dry this was a waste of money

I mean hey it's your local wing spot. If u fancy wings try the hot honey they have a nice kick with that sweet honey touch. The sweet n sour wings are top of my list also. Add some onion rings and u got a good time.

Nice staff, hmm how about nice employees, sounds better, the store was clean and the wings were nice 'n spicy! The only thing I'd change is the parking lot.

Don’t get fish here!!!!! The fish was old ... so old it was brown inside. It took 40 minutes to get my food even though I was asked to wait 20 minutes. As I left I saw at least 4-5 cats waiting at the backdoor of the restaurant.

Wings are about average anyways, but since you we're the closest wing spot to the house we've stayed pretty loyal for the past year. But the rudeness of the people there is what made this trip our last one. Poor communication, never a thank you or even a smile most of the time. Pretty sure it was the owner who tossed a pen at me when I was standing in front of him. Usually just a stern look, takes nothing to be a decent person, but when you obviously dont put care in your food, why would you put care towards your customers.

****Update on the response of only canceling orders at closing time when the grill is closed. I order at around 1 in the afternoon, so the ordered was canceled at lunch, not closing.Good food, but the problem is when you try to order from Door Dash or Uber Eats, Macland Wings will confirm the order, then 20 minutes later, will just cancel the order stating they are not taking orders. They have done this twice to me, and yes, they are showing available for orders on the apps. Also, they aren't consistent with their food portions. For example, I have multiple times where I have ordered potato skins, I get 6, full halves. Then again I've gotten potato skins where they take 3 full halves and cut those in half to make 6. Like I stated, it is good food, but be careful, they will try to gyp you out of food, and I suggest going in to pick up your order.
